At Piyush International Packers and Movers, we aim to provide reliable and professional relocation services. This refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Booking Cancellation
Customers can cancel their booking before the service date. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing.
- Cancellation 48 hours before service – Full refund
- Cancellation 24 hours before service – 50% refund
- Same-day cancellation – No refund
2. Service Delay
If transportation is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational issues, refunds may not be applicable.
3. Damage Claims
If any damage occurs during transportation, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims will be reviewed and compensation may be provided as per company policy.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
